Simple Moving Process

1. Request –: When your moving date is set,Please fill in your information via the web.

2. Quotation –: We give you an estimate.
3. Schedule –: We fix the moving date.
Please have the key to your new place ready by the day before moving.
4. Packing materials –: We deliver boxes and tape.
5. Moving day –: We load, and transport your items.
We cannot move small items that are not packed in cardboard boxes, except for furniture and appliances.
Please head straight to your new home on the moving day.
6. Unloading –: We unload and place items in your new home.
7. Finish –: We check everything with you and the move is complete.

※Method of payment
Please make the payment before the move, either by bank transfer or credit card.

Changes / Notes

If there are any changes to your items or packing, the total cost may be adjusted

Items We Cannot Transport

1. Valuables and Cash

Cash
Bankbooks, credit/debit cards
Jewelry, precious metals
Securities (stocks, bonds, certificates)
→ Must be carried by the customer personally due to high liability risk.

2. Legally Prohibited Items

Explosives and gunpowder (including fireworks)
Gasoline, kerosene, diesel, oils
Spray cans (hairspray, insecticides, etc.)
Paints, thinners, solvents, flammable chemicals
Illegal drugs, firearms, and other restricted items

3. Dangerous or Unsanitary Goods

Batteries (especially car/motorbike batteries)
Matches and large numbers of lighters
Fresh food and perishable goods (risk of spoilage, odor, pests)
Frozen or refrigerated food (should be sent via refrigerated courier services)
Plants and pets (usually refused; must use specialized carriers)

Compensation for loss or damage during moving

Malfunctions or operational failures of personal computers, home appliances, and similar electronic devices shall not be subject to compensation.
Any scratches or damage to furniture or the premises will be repaired.

Cancellation (including date changes) Policy

If you cancel 3 days or more before the moving date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel 2 days before the moving date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel 1 days before the moving date, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel on the moving day, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
